Settings won't open! - Microsoft Community

hello everyone. after recent update on windows 10 lap, settings wont open , can't access of option in notification center. system performance has been affected too. great if suggest me solution. 

i tried searching in community , google, tried many solutions including cmd, powershell etc, etc,. 

thank update, sojan. you're 1 update behind latest 1709 build. recommend making sure have latest build applied. here's article help. if after updating , issue still persists, recommend following anil madishetty's answer on thread resolve issue you're having runtimebroker.exe.

update if there improvements.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
