Locked out of my PC - - Microsoft Community

 it's dell laptop.  have 2 methods of entry windows 10 pc. 1 pin seem not remember- don't think that's right because i'm pretty consistent use. regardless, have microsoft account use in. not working either. i'm able email fine not computer. had issues keyboard , still need access computer now. had been using computer instead in meantime need access now. can give me idea might going on here? missing if i'm able use password email,  should not work computer well?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
