mouse way sensitive. if happens i'm navigating in internet page , put on link accidentally, start opens page. put in slower speed, no avail 

hi liany, there setting in windows open links on web page when hover on link, here registry hack turn off functionality:

click start button, type regedit , hit enter open registry editor
in left pane navigate to: hkey_current_user / control panel / mouse

in right hand pane:
double click mousehoverwidth , set 0
double click mousehoverheight , set 0

close registry editor , see if behavior fixed . . .
