Locked out of Computer - Microsoft Community

managed lock myself out of own computer using homeguard 64 bit, security program. trying set settings block explicit content on internet, , didn't work. thought maybe had select users wanted block content from. selected users (although one) , instead of blocking me explicit content, blocks me signing in. no idea how fix problem not tech savvy. tried restore computer, homeguard blocked attempts. please help!

  • how trying restore computer?
