help with notification panels and settings - Microsoft Community

hello,

        have hp , notifications panel content (bluetooth, settings, night mode ...)  on bottom left of screen greyed out , cannot clicked. when open settings comes , dissapears after few seconds. please fix .

             thanks.

ran windows 10update assistant forced reset pc , problem has been solved
