Debug.txt suddenly on desktop - Microsoft Community

yesterday running 3 programs @ same time:

winamp (5.666 build 3516, latest version)

google chrome browser (62.0.3202.89 64-bit, latest stable official version)

maxthon browser (5.1.3.2000, latest stable official version)

all of sudden, windows 10 pro 1709 froze , mouse got unusable, winamp stopped @ point of song , speakers came kind of looping annoying sound. took maybe no more second or two, turned speakers off. display flickered little bit, mouse , system whole came life.

to surprise, after found "debug.txt" file on desktop. content reads:

any idea on this? tia.

we need ask following questions can concern:

  • did experience blue screen on computer?
  • have tried replicating issue (running 3 programs again @ same time)?
  • when ran 3 programs after computer started work again, did happened once more?
  • how many times did happened already?
  • what other troubleshooting steps have done far?

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
