Computer won't turn on properly - Microsoft Community

my computer working when turned on use it, never reached part put in password computer. keeps saying there problem starting waiting diagnose errors. takes me these options of restarting again, going previous build , troubleshooter. can't loose personal files, have important things need. have tried options apart 1 removes everything. of them don't work, says 'we ran problem'. when try resetting while keeping personal files, reaches 1% , 'we couldn't reset pc there error'. can doesn't end me losing everything? have choice of reinstalling windows?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
