so have reset windows , facing issues when launch game alt tab out microsoft edge have no clickable content in page can't click , can use address bar under can't , if launch microsoft edge before game fine , if launch after launched game issue occur , have close edge , reopen while game not running make bug disappear , have bug geforce experience if screenshot game freeze visually , unfreeze if alt tab out , in , never happened before reset , reset pc again after , issues still persist , appreciated , on side note , have uninstalled geforce , reinstalled , same graphic drivers , nothing seems geforce issue or microsoft edge issue, not have teamviewer open either , on machine before reset worked didn't have recent update of windows (15063.413) maybe cause ? idk think it's window related (window in not operating system) , if manage fix window problem may kill 2 birds in 1 stone

the issue can due improper windows update installation. if installation of update interrupted, example, system crash, of windows update files may corrupted. error may triggered third-party program conflict.

let narrow down possibilities why pc encountered issue. can follow troubleshooting steps below:

  1. temporarily disable antivirus program before running windows update.
  2. visit article on how perform clean boot in windows. helps eliminate software conflict occurs when install program or update. may determine conflict causing issue performing clean boot.
  3. fix windows update errors. since you’re using windows 10, can running windows update troubleshooter. download windows update troubleshooter, click on link.
  4. restart computer changes take effect , run windows update again.
  5. once done, check if issue persists.

note: after doing steps above, can enable antivirus program again.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
