i already changed password @ microsoft live pc still doesn't doesn't recognize , won' start

you can't set quick password (pin, gesture/picture, fingerprint, or face) if don't first have long regular password.  may same email address/password used login website.

that's okay, can reset the microsoft account password reset page putting in email address (again, perhaps same 1 used login here).
