Computer Randomly freezing, can't find the reason - Microsoft Community


i'm running problem long time, stops no reason , it's back!

the computer freezing, can happen after being turned on 2 consecutive days, or 5 minutes of being turned on.

o sistema foi reiniciado sem um desligamento correto primeiro. esse erro pode ser causado quando o sistema para de responder, trava ou fica sem energia inesperadamente.

issue you’ve encountered regarding performance of computer may caused configuration or files mismatched. sort out concern, we’d know following information:

  • were there changes happened prior issue?
  • which version of windows using?
  • have installed latest update on pc?

to check latest update, go windows update clicking start > settings > update & security , click check updates. scan , install latest updates available device.

note: you may check version of windows using clicking start, type winver , press enter.

additionally, verify if there no integrity violations on system, suggest run system file checker (sfc) tool. this scan , correct possible cause of issue. this, may follow steps provided on link. once you’re on page, expand , proceed steps on windows 10, windows 7, or windows vista option under run system file checker tool (sfc.exe) section. after completing steps, may check if issue persists.
