updated window 10 , capability of chinese handwriting touchscreen keyboard disappeared. how reinstall it?

there several ways have different language used device , 1 of them getting language pack. suggest in checking link language packs see details regarding available language packs windows 10. if guide in turning on chinese language features office, kindly click link turn on chinese language features.

let know if there other concerns.
