change of administrator - Microsoft Community

i gave son old computer.  i'm not did it, bought him new laptop , gave me old 1 back.  windows 7 when gave him, windows 10.  set @ administrator.  know how remove him , information without effecting new computer, , adding me new administrator.  have own windows account.  how do this?  possible?
