Cannot pair Bluetooth Device - Microsoft Community

i've been attempting pair bluetooth headset night absolutely no success.

my bluetooth on, , i've repeatedly put headset pairing mode. i'm able pair phone , different computer, unable home pc. , no, not attempting pair while connected device.

my bluetooth settings looks devices forever. cannot locate headset, phone, or earbuds when put them in pairing mode. put, bluetooth not locating anything, period. i've uninstalled , reinstalled drivers, i've checked in every way ensure it's on, i've gone services.msc restart bluetooth service , set automatic startup. i've followed steps find solution this.

i've spent hours going through other questions , trying solutions , out of patience. computer has bluetooth adapter, , i've tried possible work, refuses recognize or find devices have been able connect other computers. have wasted hours of life on dead-end responses similar issues, , lost entire night 1 issue.

again. have gone through services.msc steps, have removed , re-installed bluetooth device, have ensured device trying pair functioning , able pair, have ensured bluetooth on, have checked windows updates, have restarted upteen times. not looking generic response asking if i've done simple thing i've listed here.

based on detailed post regarding dysfunctional bluetooth feature, seems have tried every possible solution could've provided. having said that, confirm other details can determine else can solve issue. please answer following:

• was bluetooth functional before?
• have installed updates or made changes pc settings prior this?
• have tried different bluetooth adapter check if issue has device compatibility?
