Can't log into my laptop - Microsoft Community

went onto laptop , when typed in pin received error message saying "logon failure: user has not been granted requested logon type @ computer." don't know mean , i'm concerned because need laptop college.

if there's not account on computer may have reinstall windows 10.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
