Can't log in (Windows 10) except on temporary account - Microsoft Community

when log in computer, connect me temporary account , don't have access files.  i've tried resetting microsoft password - - , logging in via either microsoft or via local account. both ways continue to log me temporary account rather normal account.  can help?

one of possible reason why you're having issues account due corrupted user profile.
