today freshly installed windows 10 , noticed there speed drop 2mb/s or ~11mbps disabled remote update , made 0% bandwidth reservation (https://www.techzac.com/increase-internet-speed-in-windows-10/) still speed drop exist should do?

if clean installed windows 10 there windows updates download , install latest build. leave windows update job , date.

have made sure have latest windows 10 drivers installed hardware manufacturer.
