Problems with Mixed Reality Installation - Microsoft Community

i have 2 issues going on windows 10 hindering me getting acer mixed reality headset work.

1. os build seems stuck on 14393 when tried windows 10 update assistant twice update 15063 not working. 

details of comp:

asus gl502vs laptop 

windows 10 home

version 1607

os build 14393.1480

2. when try installing microsoft holographic error:

microsoft - holographic - 6/21/2006 12:00:00 - 10.0.16238.1000 - error 0x800f0206

i wonder if cause os build not updating cause of problem #2

in addition windows setting not show option mixed reality headset option nor find hkey existing microsoft holographic.

your device might having compatibility issue version of windows 10 have. in order install acer mixed reality headset, suggest upgrade computer latest version of windows 10.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
