Printer problem. - Microsoft Community

hi,

i'm wondering if has experienced similar problem , able offer solution.

a few days ago found myself unable print wirelessly when using printer ( hp deskjet 3630 series ) had worked point.

i have hp pavilion notebook 15-ab254sa running on windows 10 ( 64 bit ). 18 months old - printer. not print when use above notebook.

i have hp pavilionx2 detachable notebook ( 18 months old ) running on windows 10. able use above printer wirelessly print - usual - notebook.

the hp support online has offered lot of advice have not been able resolve problem.

when attempt print on 15-ab254sa notebook following message displayed :

splwow64.exe -ordinal not found

the ordinal 342 not located in dynamic link library

c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\x64\3\mxdwdrv.dll

the wireless network test results inform me no problems have been found , set of printer has been successful.

a microsoft word ( have installed office 2013 ) message appears when try print word document -

 

we couldn't print because there doesn't seem printer installed :-(

today connected canon mg4250 wireless printer , able print word documents unable print on hp 3630 series printer.

please able offer solution?

it's kinda ironic when can print different printer using same hp pavillion notebook. it's see though you've try troubleshooting checking online support printer. however, suggest check article more troubleshooting steps printer problems. article contains troubleshooter may isolate concern.

we're looking forward feedback.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
