outlook 2016 stuck on "processing". have tried launching outlook in safe mode...get "windows cannot find"
1. close outlook, right-click on it, , click "new email message" open email message box, right click on outlook again , click "outlook 2016" , should open fine.
2. first ctrl+shift+esc launch task manager > end outlook in processes tab > start in safe mode
if application works fine safe mode, try disabling add ins application , check result,
file > options > add-ins > in manage section, select com add-ins , click on go. uncheck add-ins , click on ok.
3. press ‘windows + r’ key on keyboard , type in outlook.exe /resetnavpane, , hit ok. note: there space between “outlook.exe” , “/resetnavpane”.
4. create new outlook profile rule out corruption in outlook profile. -
