i have hp envy x360 m6 (model m6-aq003dx) running windows 10 pro (10.0.15063) 

i experiencing problem in both google chrome (version 59.0.3071.115) , ms edge (40.15063.0.0)

i unable play 

     1. videos in either browser youtube, facebook, bing.  video comes when selected (freeze framed) , spins loading, occurs whether connected directly internet, via wifi, , via verizon hotspot.

     2.  can't play video files saved on computer - not work in media player, vlc media player, or movavi video editing software

     3.  can't stream music itunes or pandora or amazon music (in browsers or via respective apps pandora or amazon)

    4.  can't play music files on computer in itunes or windows media player.

for of these items, when attempt play, click play , audio or video hangs loading

this issue have happened due outdated drivers. resolve issue, know more issue answering following questions below:

  • have tried using other browsers , check if issue still persists?
  • have tried clear cache , cookies of browsers?
  • have tried updating driver?

we suggest update flash player. if running windows 10 version 1607, suggest follow steps provided on link: update adobe flash player in windows 10 version 1607.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
