so few months ago audio jack stopped working after sleep meaning no sound , when sound plugged in videos stopped playing changed bluetooth bluetooth headphones randomly stopped playing sound videos stopped playing changing on speakers makes them work though until reset no viruses malwarebytes  

never done overclocking windows @ latest version , specs wise:

i5 6300hq 

gtx 960m 2gb

8gb ram

1tb hdd

120gb

parts manufactured clevo

put pc specialist in 2015 december
