hello f1-f12 buttons not functioning on dell inspirion 13. can help?

one possible reason why function keys not working device drivers not updated.

to better know concern, we'd ask information.

- when did issue start?

- happening other account profile on computer?

- did made changes on computer prior issue?

- troubleshooting steps have done far fix issue?
