BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) - Microsoft Community

i have hp laptop, , installed windows 10 few months ago, in summer. , last week, tried install game on computer. had install couple of programs game, had ended messing computer. tried delete programs, computer ended freezing on me. turned off , bsod popped , told me restart computer me , find issue. knew issue , might’ve installed virus on computer, had no way or fixing if computer freezing on me. 

i’m not sure if it’s supposed this, after blue screen pops up, goes away after second , there’s dark screen , says ‘preparing automatic repair...’. after that, screen goes dark. , stays way. long time. i’m pretty sure i’m supposed wait, i’ve been waiting day, actually. , it’s still black. problem is, don’t know how long i’m supposed wait until finds issue. 

i don’t have dvd or usb fix manually , startup screen doesn’t show me, have no clue do. i’ve looked ways fix myself, end dead end since nothing else pops me. it’s same routine; bsod, preparing automatic repair, , black screen. nothing working.

1. when (approx. date) , or whom did purchase hp computer?

2. computer sold brand-new, never-been-used-by-anyone-else computer when bought or used (refurbished) computer?

3. did computer come windows 7 or windows 8.1 preinstalled?

4. installation media did use install win10 "a few months ago?"

5. has norton application or mcafee application ever been installed on computer since bought it?

6. have ever run norton removal tool and/or mcafee consumer products removal tool?

7. version & os build of windows 10 installed?

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
