Wireless Display won't connect - Microsoft Community

hi.  microsoft wireless display not connect pc.  message states "can't connect".

i have tried following

1.  firmware.  current v 1.3.8365

2.  unplugged, replugged, reset, , still won't connect

3.  rebooted pc.  won't connect

4.  checked firewall , adapter allowed through firewall

5.  checked network adapter...don't see called "marvell avastar adapter"  not sure if that's surface devices??

this device worked until recently.  suspect windows update has caused problem.  appreciated.

  • what make , model of display you're trying use?
  • to clarify, using microsoft wireless display adapter?
