how turn off "some settings managed organization"?

this notice appears in numerous places computer personal computer.

hi,

this might caused software conflicts. if have antivirus software, try turning off , run windows defender , see if helps. if issue still persists, try checking these articles , see if troubleshooting steps provided found helpful work well.
