Bluetooth Cascade Failure Win 10 Home - Microsoft Community

all working fine, of sudden mouse unpaired. went in pair it, , had difficulty finding it, once did, instead of being logitech mouse, came gibbered chinese , tamil characters. pairing difficult , did not last, , can't find it. fintie bluetooth keyboard followed, @ first refusing type letter "t" nor allowing backspace. uninstalled, attempted re-pair it, , long empty rectangle on windows demanding type non-existant code pair it. though it's not how keyboard generates codes, tried "0000" code i've seen mentioned in microsoft forums other brand keyboards no avail. 

i've run troubleshooter several times, uninstalled bluetooth drivers , rebooted, , used both windows scan driver updates third party app specializes in finding driver updates, no avail. nothing fixing it. 

there nothing wrong keyboard btw- i'm using right on iphone no problems.

device: nuvision/tmax tm800w560l signature edition tablet, fintie bluetooth keyboard, logitec bluetooth mouse

(they're young- purchased of them in june)

i had bsod crash before might or might not related; having lot of problems variety of different bsod errors months, though drivers updated.

most of time, issue may occur if driver outdated or corrupted. resolve issue, recommend checking article on how fix bluetooth problems in windows 10. suggest following steps provided under bluetooth doesn't appear , there no unknown devices listed in device manager. how can fix this? section.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
