windows 10 tried to go into diagnostic boot. - Microsoft Community

loaded first screen, shows status of network, ease of access , shutdown restart icons.  never goes login , cannot exit.  help!!

the network, ease of access, , power icons found in bottom right of login screen. when said "never goes login", did mean unable log in account, or unable log in because login screen unresponsive?

kindly provide more information regarding concern provide appropriate resolution.
