Windows 10, Dual Monitors on Desktop PC - Microsoft Community

been running dual monitors on new dell 3 months.  leave afternoon, both working fine.  come 2 hours later, , both screens blank.  had restart several times, got install latest updates, went device manager , updated drivers on graphics card.  no joy.

when plug in hdmi cable, defaults dual monitor setting, primary monitor black.  (yep, power on , correct input selected).  so, computer sees second monitor, there no display.  

is monitor issue?  bad cable?  suggestions welcome.

on monitor working right click on desktop.  go display settings , set monitors.

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
