it looks have corrupted system file or user profile. can is:
- change password of problematic user profile.
- run system file check.
- delete user profile registry.
however, need different admin account in performing these possible resolutions since cannot log in using user profile.
we can enable built-in admin account following steps below:
- on login screen, click on power button on lower right-hand side of screen.
- press , hold shift key , click on restart.
- a command prompt open @ boot.
- type net user administrator /active:yes , press enter.
- restart pc , can login using built-in admin account.
- username: administrator
- password: leave blank
once built-in admin account enabled, can perform suggested resolutions.
- run system file check. once logged in using built-in admin account, run system file checker (sfc) tool repair missing or corrupted system files. this, click start, type command prompt or cmd in search box, right-click command prompt, , click run administrator. if prompted administrator password or confirmation, type password, or click allow. restart pc , try log in using account. if issue not resolved, proceed next suggestion.

- type control panel on search box. double-click first result.
- go manage user accounts > change password account.
- log out , log in using account. use new password set.
if suggestions did not work, next step delete user profile registry.

- delete user profile registry:
- log in using built-in admin account.
- move corrupted user profile folder c:users to c:backup.
- open registry editor. in search box, type in regedit , press enter.
- go to: hkey_local_machinesoftwaremicrosoftwindows ntcurrentversionprofilelist.
- locate folder has profileimagepath points c:users. ends in “.back”. delete entire folder.
- restart computer , log in user profile.
