hi there, got new surfacebook , cannot connect internet. connect router (linksys ea3500, no issues other devices), , couldn't ping either. here's ip info:

resetting modem/router/computer, usua
- released , renewed ip
- updating firmware
- disabling firewall

- resetting winsock entries, ipv4 tcp/ip stack, , ipv6 tcp/ip stack to installation defaults

suggest go surface forum.
