It now takes two attempts to sign in to my computer - Microsoft Community

on wednesday november 1, 2017 received message saying windows wanted download , install upgrade pc. allowed download , upgrade proceed. takes me 2 attempts log in computer's desktop. first attempt takes me sign in page. second attempt allows me log in , use pc. else having same problem? tried contacting microsoft support via online chat, microsoft agent in contact apparently not fluent in english. took more 15 minutes before knew problem referring to. @ point gave up. ideas or suggestions? running windows 10, 64 bit intel i3 processor.

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
