Incoming email - Microsoft Community


suddenly, without apparent cause, 1 of email accounts stop receiving inbound emails. when checking, says domain blocked? outbound service works, , other accounts fine. do?

  • which email application using?
  • if it's outlook, using outlook.com or desktop application of outlook?
  • are using imap, pop or exchange server?
  • are using email filters block emails?
  • have made changes email settings may have triggered issue?
