Hyper-V network connectivity dropping and running very slow on Windows - Microsoft Community


having issues hyper-v vm network connectivity dropping , running slow on windows 10 education os. there no vmq disable , can't find newer adapter driver. using broadcom netlink gigabit ethernet adapter driver version: 5.6.1.3.

hello,

this known issue broadcom network adapters when vmq enabled on network adapter. let's troubleshoot issue performing steps below:

method 1: reset tcp/ip

you can try reset tcp/ip if have internet connection issues.

1. right click on start and click command prompt (admin) , enter command below:

netsh int ip reset
2. hit enter key. now, monitor wifi connection

method 2: disable auto turn-off of wifi device.

1. click on start, search control panel and select network , internet.
2. select network , sharing center. @ right pane, click change adapter settings.
3. right-click on connection name (wifi name) , select properties.
4. click configure... button.
5. go power management tab.
6. uncheck/disable radio button "allow device turn off device save power".
7. restart pc (important).
