Getting regular unexpected crashes/reboots from BugCheck - Microsoft Community

please help.  got unattended fileserver (critical machine) windows 10 , getting regular (multiple times day) crashes/reboots bugcheck.

the computer has rebooted bugcheck.  bugcheck was: 0x00000154 (0xffff8083d6c81000, 0xffffbe83dda67990, 0x0000000000000001, 0x0000000000000000). dump saved in: c:\windows\memory.dmp. report id: 5aed4cf4-127c-4f0e-a6fe-1f816b661b35.

how can review dmp file more info , maybe hints need do?

the bug check 0x00000154 or unexpected_store_exception indicates memory-related concern. drivers, overclocking, , 3rd party software antivirus programs several factors can cause error.

we suggest uninstalling or disabling 3rd party antiviruses temporarily isolate. ensure drivers in current version. if you're experiencing blue screen crash, please follow steps on link in troubleshooting blue screen errors.

  • when did experience kind of concern, after update or ongoing issue? provide many details can.
  • what activity doing when experience crash?

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
