Edge crashes on startup + other issues - Microsoft Community

hi.

i've got malware called dns unblocker, can pop 30k ads in 30 seconds when ad blocker's on. when searched online there's no solution me except program called malwarebytes. windows defender? nothing. said everything's fine.

the malwarebytes seemed find what's wrong , choose delete files founds.

now, edge crashes on startup, can't fixed.

i tried every solution find powershell, dism or /scannow command. of them gave me error message found problem can not fix it. tried deleting edge folder under users roaming, went worse. icon of edge disappeared , edge didn't start after that. fortunately, powershell command helped me bringing icon back, , can see edge startup window before crashes.

some posts told me try sign out ms account , use local account. didn't work. plus try causes me can never log in ms account again. ended message 'something went wrong'. , can't connect windows store. other apps weather , money freeze @ startup , crashed when try click. tried create new local account normal , administrator both, tried log in from both accounts. didn't work. reset internet option, didn't work.

i'm using chrome , it's alright. dns unlocker malware seemed removed chrome @ least. can't check edge cause can't open it.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
