Nothing works on my HP computer - Microsoft Community

i have manually shut down , when on home screen click on causes mouse continue spinning. cannot open anything. not start menu or folders. don't know how check wrong or fix when nothing working. please help!

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
