No sound playback in my HP pavilion, Win 10 - Microsoft Community

hello family,

i have no sound in hp pavilion, though sound icon on tray indicates okay.

tried removing , installing drivers back, still same problem.

all signs of trouble started whenever playing music , volume gain reduce zero. eventually, not speakers output sound, though still able adjust gain.

kindly advise on possible problems , solutions.

this issue might caused conflict on system. know more, please answer following:

  • have made changes prior issue?
  • are getting error messages?
  • have tried using different speakers?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
