Microsoft Sculpt Surface Bluetooth Keyboard stopped working - Microsoft Community

i bought brand new sculpt surface keyboard appears work on bluetooth connection.  my laptop found straight away , worked fine, 2 days later full days use, kept losing connection, had go in on bluetooth settings awaken every 5 minutes incredibly annoying , next day, doesnt work @ all.

please advise how fix issue?

a faulty driver might causing bluetooth keyboard disconnect. verify if keyboard stops working if bluetooth turned on, or bluetooth turns off?

in meantime, suggest follow troubleshooting provided in support article on how fix bluetooth problems in windows 10.
