Lenovo 64 bit, windows 10 o/s. still can not connect to my brother - Microsoft Community

 i tried related suggestions, i.e reinstall.  appears driver not attach printer. "driver not available".

hi,

this error message may appear if have older printer might not officially supported windows 10. since tried reinstall driver no avail. time let's try install drivers in compatibility mode.

you can refer post of vinodh_kumar v on january 16, 2016, issues drivers not installing can resolved. can follow steps provided in article. has been found useful other community members same issue well. hope works too.
