windows 10 not let me load new drivers nvidia graphics card. error: graphics card not detected

hi,

corrupted graphics card driver 1 of possible reasons why having issues installing on computer. assist better, kindly answer following questions:

  • have made changes computer prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • which version , os build number of windows 10 installed? check, press windows key, type winver, , press enter key.
  • have tried download , install latest graphics card driver can found on manufacturers website?
