i went on vacation , when came google chrome not work, every time try open google chrome says "you'll need ask adult in family if can use: google chrome" , ask email every time hit ask email says "something went wrong we’re working on – try again in little bit. trace id: 7igokgjpu0y/7sbh.8.1

it working fine before left it's not.
