Enable Fingerprint Log In - Windows 10 64 bit Professional - Microsoft Community

had motherboard , wireless car replaced on lenovo thinkpad yoga x1.  ever since getting computer back, no let me enable fingerprint log in through windows hello.  far needing enter pin enable fingerprint log in.  once pin entered, windows not let me set fingerprint.  or advice?

i solved issue!  did factory reset of windows 10 , reloaded of software on computer.  after reset, fingerprint scanner working , able set windows hello.  

thank help.
