asus a540la laptop screen not bright anymore.even @ 100%....it low used be.........what do

sir problem not solved , see battery life has reduced 5 hours less 3 hours.i bought month ago.....please me sir..........

understand you're having issue laptop screen's brightness.

however, need these information able learn more , come suitable troubleshooting method:

  • is windows 10 updated?
  • are drivers up-to-date? if not, can follow steps found on link on how update drivers in windows 10.
  • what recent changes made before issue started?
  • what chosen plan on power plan? can check in your control panel -> hardware , sound -> power options.

in meantime, may run hardware , devices troubleshooter find , repair problems devices , hardware:

  1. right-click start icon, select control panel.
  2. choose the large icons option view by drop down list found on upper-right part of control panel window.
  3. locate select troubleshooting.
  4. click view all left pane.
  5. locate , click hardware , devices to run troubleshooter follow next steps.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
