Wundows hello 'couldn't turn camera on' - Microsoft Community

i have updated windows 10 , since (29th october 2017) logging in facial recognition doesn't work , message 'couldn't turn camera on'.

i far expert @ resolving issues, can please? see similar problems have occurred in 2016 , prior, advice how resolve hasn't solved current issue. thanks

apparently system driver needs updated camera work again. can consider driver got corrupted during update , needs re-downloaded correct error.
