my system has updated windows 10 anniversary edition.  tried ignore upgrade messages hinted security settings not secure if failed so. installation failed , every attempt fix using suggestions, , various windows tools, failed also. had start again , reinstall windows, , applications. days wasted.

now hobby flights simulation , primary use of computer. flight simulator version of prepar3d v3 no longer start up. many others have same problem after latest windows upgrade. apparently working on fix applied in november. great.

i therefore not fan of microsoft.

in addition every update creates more bloated windows system, more applications not want , cannot uninstall. xbox, candy crush , cortana name few. these additional applications use disk space , memory prefer allocate our applications.

why don't provide want, stable platform allow us, customer, install , run applications want.

you call windows lite. many of willing , happy buy , run it. buy, download , install additional windows elements need. no-brainer, give customer want.

the suspicion has foisting additional stuff onto customers as  ruse maximise profits rather provide system , service signed for.

such reputation know happily switch operating system if there n alternative. doesn't tell something.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
