can't kodi connected internet same problem no connection

hi syd,

problem network connection itself. assist concern, kindly answer following:

  • when did problem start?
  • did encounter error messages?
  • any recent changes made on computer prior problem?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done troubleshoot problem?
  • which windows 10 version/build installed on pc? check, type winver in search option.
