computer downloaded , installed 1709 update , can't log on.  the sign on screen says "user profile service failed sign in" , "user profile cannot loaded".  



Windows / Windows 10 / Windows Hello, lock screen & sign-in

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
