Can't add pin - Microsoft Community
hello, received update windows , after updated it, can't sign in fingerprint. try setting new fingerprint set fingerprint, need set pin too. problem is, whenever try set pin, message came , said request not supported. screenshot below:
help me?
give try:
delete ngc folder , add new pin code
go c:\windows\serviceprofiles\localservice\appdata\local\microsoft\ngc.
in ngc folder delete files. must logged administrator.
go settings > accounts > sign-in options.
click add pin , add new pin code account.
pin login should working again.
switch local account , add pin code
option 2:
try switch local account, , add pin code. here’s how that:
go settings > accounts , locate account.
click sign in local account instead.
follow instructions set local account.
sign out , sign in local account.
add pin code.
after you’ve added pin code need locate account under accounts section in settings.
choose sign in microsoft account instead.
that’s it, pin login should working account
