C Drive Error - Microsoft Community

upgraded free version of windows 10 several months ago , need advice, please. cannot use system restore because windows error message says drive c has no memory. have tried suggestions possible , nothing works.  nothing give me more memory, because, again, no functions work @ all. there program correct on microsoft website, since no functions work? 

while it's not advisable have paging file on system reserved partition, large enough can leave there , focus on removing files off of c storage. report how performance or errors go

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
