hi been getting flashing box, black, in top left corner of screen. lasts less second, halts typing , throws "full screen" on utube etc. out. nice gentleman on microsoft desk tried help, took control of laptop remotely (with permission) , performed lot of stuff couldn't follow. said after restart well. isn't, it's same, flash every thirty seconds or so. else experienced this? if so, how resolved? using windows 10 home.

if don't have office installed on computer, should find other possible causes of issue. we'd know applications showing in task scheduler windows? recommend disabling apps 1 @ time isolate issue.

thank concern. however, suspicions led me install "malwarebytes" made meal of turned out malware (specifically stupid game) have had no further trouble , highly recommend similar problem.😂
